Winter Newsletter 2025

The Board of Directors for the Wright Farms Metropolitan District (WFMD) distributes this newsletter as a means of communication between the Board and the community concerning the workings of the District. We hope to encourage a cooperative, friendly and enjoyable “sense of community” among the homeowners in the District subdivisions of Wright Farms, Holly Crossing and Jasmine Estates.

Be a good neighbor!

Be a responsible pet owner and a good neighbor. Please clean up after your pet and remember, in common areas, pets must be on a leash. Also, be courteous regarding your barking dog. It can be sited as a noise violation after 10pm or before 6am. If your dog barks for longer than 10 minutes during the day, you could be visited by animal control. After a warning, it could mean a sizable fine. Animal Management: 303-288-1535

Please shovel your sidewalks in a timely manner. Sidewalks should be cleared no later than 24 hours after snow stops.

Need a place to party?

If you are interested in reserving either the Wright Farms Park Pavilion (12355 Krameria) or the Holly Crossing Park Pavilion (12245 Niagara St.) please call the WFMD at 720-560-1984 to check for availability. Thank you!

A big thank you to all who continue to report vandalism, graffiti, broken playground equipment, sprinklers, etc. Your help is greatly appreciated. We always welcome your comments, suggestions and concerns. There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of vandals.

In the Dark?

If your street has a streetlight that is not working properly, call United Power at 303-637-1300. Please have the pole number ready. The pole number is a nine-digit number located on bright yellow tape about eye level on the pole. The lights may take up to three weeks to be repaired.

Adams County Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program (NTCP)

The WFMD is working with Adams County to address traffic concerns in our District. This is a 3-step program. The first step in addressing traffic issues, is to provide awareness of neighborhood concerns. This step has been completed. You may have noticed changes to signs, additional signage and speed tables along our main streets. The Board is now beginning step 2, by applying for engineering review. We continue to be in contact with Adams County. Residents can contact Adams County via email at PWtraffic@adcogov.org or phone at 720-523-6875 with traffic concerns in their neighborhood.

Please visit our website at WWW.WFMD.CO

Have a Safe and Happy New Year!

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
